First Regina has good communication skills; a pleasant and calm demeanor; and are also knowledgeable. Thus I felt very comfortable in the coaching, and this basic “trust” is vital for effective coaching. Also Regina led me through a series of questions to my own conclusions, rather than “lecturing” me.
